The Yoga Connection
A meaningful Yoga practice cultivates a deep sense of connection and wholeness. The breath flows with movement, the body integrates as one, and the mind, emotions, and spirit begin to harmonize. The left and right sides, upper and lower body, front and back gradually come into balance, until the entire being resonates with a sense of unity, ease, and quiet joy.
From this place of inner coherence, we naturally expand beyond ourselves into a deeper connection with others and the world around us. Empathy and compassion arise organically, allowing us to become more present, open, and generous in our lives. These qualities are not forced, but emerge as the natural expression of a consistent, holistic yoga practice.
Our bodies are living maps, holding the imprint of our life experiences. Yoga, therefore, is most effective when it is attuned to the individual, supporting us in understanding and working with our own unique patterns. The breath is central to this process, initiating healing from within and bridging the connection between body, mind, and soul.
In Hebrew, Neshima (breath) and Neshama (soul) share the same root, with the letter Yud symbolizing the Divine: נשימה = נשמה + י. Through conscious breathing, we reconnect to this deeper essence within us. A dedicated practice that honors the breath becomes a pathway toward greater vitality, awareness, and the unfolding of our highest potential.

Healing the Body-Mind As An Integrated Unit
Restorative Healing Sessions
I offer deeply nurturing, one-on-one healing sessions designed to restore balance, release held tension, and reconnect you with your body’s natural intelligence and vitality. Each session is a spacious, intuitive experience, tailored to your unique needs and guided by years of practice in both Yoga and holistic healing arts.
The Rosen Method
A subtle and profound approach based on the understanding that the body holds unprocessed emotional experiences, often expressed as chronic tension or restriction. Through gentle, attentive touch and compassionate verbal reflection, unconscious holding patterns are brought into awareness and allowed to soften. As the body releases, breath deepens, the nervous system settles, and a natural sense of openness and ease begins to emerge. This work can support relief from trauma, stress, insomnia, fatigue, anxiety, and chronic pain.
Integrated Healing Treatments
A deeply restorative, hands-on therapy that weaves together a range of modalities to support the whole person. Each session meets you where you are, addressing not only physical discomfort but also emotional and energetic layers. Techniques may include shiatsu, therapeutic massage, trigger-point therapy, polarity work, breathwork and facilitated stretching. The result is often a profound sense of relaxation, increased energy, greater fluidity in the body, and an overall feeling of being held and renewed.
Life Alignment Sessions
Life Alignment is a refined and intuitive healing system that works through the body’s energy field, emotions, and subconscious patterns to reveal and release the root causes of imbalance. Through muscle testing and focused awareness, we access what is ready to shift, supporting deep realignment on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. These sessions often bring clarity, lightness, and a renewed sense of direction and connection to self.
This is a 90-minute insightful and transformative journey inward.

My Story
I discovered Yoga in the 1980s as a way to boost my energy, balance my hormones, and support my academic focus, but it soon became a profound journey of self-discovery, healing, and spiritual growth. Through breath and asana, I learned to create space in the body, opening the heart and mind, and cultivating presence and intention. This ongoing practice continues to deepen the way I experience myself and the world.
I received my teaching certification in the first Vijnana Yoga Teacher Training with Orit Sen-Gupta at the Wingate Institute, and have continued my studies in Vini Yoga and Yoga Therapy in Seattle, as well as classical yoga and meditation with teachers in Rishikesh, Pune, and Gangotri, India. Over the years, I have also trained in a range of holistic healing modalities, including Massage Therapy, Shiatsu, Reiki, the Rosen Method, and Life Alignment. Integrating these approaches allows me to offer a deeply layered experience in both group classes and one-on-one sessions.
For over 30 years, I have had the privilege of working with people of all ages and stages of life; from prenatal and postnatal women to children, teens, adults, seniors, and those with special needs. My background in drama and creative movement shapes a teaching style that is both deep and attentive, while also playful and creative.
To me, Yoga is far more than a physical practice. It is a path to vitality, balance, and wholeness. My intention is to guide others in reconnecting with this innate potential within themselves.
I am the mother of two adult children and live in Jerusalem, Israel. My daily practice is my sanctuary, supporting me to stay grounded, open, and connected in an ever-changing world.
